The civil aircraft engine business is complex in operation. Being an asset-heavy operating highly engineering systems, the optimized fleet life-cycle management essential yet challenging. aviation systems are known for critical operation conditions, high-standard reliability demands, and high cost both asset value through-life maintenance services. Civil engines typically require 3 to 4 costly overhauls through service life maintain performance time-on-wing (TOW) requirements of airline operators. Multiple levels activities need accurate long-term planning fleets coordinating manufacturing, transportation, supply chains system performance, based on engines. assets industry measured uniquely by two scales - flying hour (FH) cycle (FC). This paper proposed evaluate systems’ combining FH FC, be dynamically quantified via records future plans flight profiles. most significant shop visit (SV) overhaul therefore maximizing TOW availability, considering model ‘charge customers time’ business. • Evaluated engine.
